The Summit is a 24-hour guard gated subdivision in Beverly Crest or Beverly Hills Post Office area of Beverly Hills. It is popular among celebrity and wealthy individuals for its privacy, spacious homes, large lots and incredible views. It lies between Coldwater Canyon Drive and Laurel Canyon Drive on the north side of Mulholland Drive. The gated community straddles Beverly Hills and the Westside, as well as Studio City making it perfect for those needing to go between the Valley and the Westside. It is even closer to the studios in Burbank than its counterpart to the west, Mulholland Estates. Since the community is situated at the top of the hill, homes here can have jaw dropping skyliner views of the San Fernando Valley and San Bernardino Mountains. Relative to Beverly Hills, affordability in this neighborhood also makes it attractive. Prices in this neighborhood are mostly under $10 million, with some above and a select few higher than $20 million depending on views.
