Beverly Park is the richest, most exclusive neighborhood in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. It sits high above Beverly Hills with two-section, the north and south. Starting development in 1979, there is still construction going on, either with vacant lot development, major remodels or tear downs. The only way to enter is through the 24/7 guard-gated entrances in either Beverly Park North or Beverly Park South.
The community is known to have gates upon gates upon gates. Within the gates, every property has its own private entrance and gate which lie sprawling megamansions averaging about 20,000 square feet on massive lots. Each home is a city within itself, that can include Olympic-size pools, in-home spas, beauty salons, home theaters, Equinox-level home gyms, bowling alleys, helicopter landing pads, and more. Vacant view lots have been known to sell for $30 million. Remodeled older homes have also been sold for between $20-30 million. The largest home on the market in the neighborhood is on over 10-acres and north of $150 million.
Beverly Park is in Beverly Crest’s Benedict Canyon area in Beverly Hills. From Benedict Canyon Drive, San Ysidro Drive dead ends into Summit Ridge Drive where to the left is the north gate and to the right is the south gate. There is a large four-acre park with a playground near the center of the community as well.
This neighborhood is built for the world’s ultimate rich and famous. Its residents include the likes of Mark Wahlberg, Eddie Murphy, media mogul Sumner Redstone, Sylvester Stallone and others.
Beverly Park is in the BHPO part of Beverly Hills, but it still has access to a number of excellent private school options nearby.
